The ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing GmbH is the licensing-company of the ProSiebenSat.1 broadcasting group. It bundles all tasks affecting the internal and external licensing business of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing grants customers licence rights to channels and programmes, such as “Germany’s next Topmodel”, “The Voice of Germany” and “Galileo”.
The company covers the complete value creation chain for the licence evaluation of TV formats and third-party rights. This includes licence brand development and positioning as well as tasks such as product design and development. In addition to that ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing organises cross-brand cooperation activities between licence partners.
Alongside the successful management of the in-house format brands, ProSiebenSat.1 Licensing further expands its brands – especially in the entertainment and lifestyle areas.
