The BGA, the Federation of German Wholesale and Foreign Trade, is the leading organization for the wholesale, foreign trade and service sector in the Federal Republic of Germany. In collaboration with its members the BGA in its capacity as the leading organization in its sector exercises influence on legislation by working with the German Bundestag, government and relevant ministries.

The BGA is a service-oriented organization. It informs its members on all kinds of developments, especially in the field of foreign trade. It organizes regular events in order to promote the imports and exports with countries in Europe and abroad, as well as seminars, business delegations and training measures.
