Description:
Sustainable, diverse, and humorous
Edmund, the squirrel boy, and Luzie, the bear girl, are the leaders of a colorful gang of animal children. Throughout the four seasons, the group gradually explores and uncovers the secrets of the forest where they live – after all, it's one giant playground of adventures!
In this series, the heroes don’t know everything about nature but learn a little more about their unique habitat each day. The discovery of how important even the smallest animals, every tree, and plant are inspires viewers of all ages. It helps them understand that we are all part of this precious ecosystem worth protecting.
Take stubborn Luzie, for example, who initially refuses to play the mute flower in the Honey Festival performance, feeling that this role doesn’t allow her to showcase her acting talents. But when she understands how cleverly flowers attract bees, she enthusiastically takes part.
Along the way, the protagonists also learn much about themselves. Each character's distinct personality brings a unique perspective to the world, fostering mutual understanding and fun! Even the “Dingsda,” the group’s most unusual member, who doesn’t even speak the same language as the others, is perfectly integrated into the community.
Sustainability on and off the screen
Not only in its content, but also in its production, MIAM! is committed to sustainability. Edmund & Luzie is the first industrial series produced in real-time CGI, an innovative production method that significantly reduces environmental impact.
