Germany was host country of the FIFA World Cup™ 2006 which will no doubt be remembered as the fans’ FIFA World Cup™. Seventeen years after the fall of the Berlin wall, a reunified Germany threw open its doors to the world. With millions of people attending public screenings of the event, the atmosphere in Germany was incredible, as people from all over the world took the official motto ‘A time to make friends™’ to their hearts.
