The U.S. animated series first aired in the U.S. in 2006, with the first German broadcast in 2007 on the KIKA channel. It is about the riders Sarah, Alma, Molly, Benny, Chloé, Zoe and later Nani. They live on the Horseland stud farm together with their horses Scarlett, Button, Calypso, Aztek, Chilli, Pepper and Sunbirst. They can communicate with each other, but they cannot understand their riders. Among the riding students, conflicts often arise, especially between the rich sisters Chloe and Zoe and the others. The horses also take on the character of humans, for example, the horses of Chloe and Zoe are also snooty. But often they all experience adventures together and manage to get along with each other despite their inner values and find a solution.
